The City of Cleveland worked with PennPraxis to facilitate the planning process for the Ten-Year Housing and Investment Plan. ​​

​Established in 2001, PennPraxis is a center for applied research, outreach, and practice at the Weitzman School of Design (PennDesign) at the University of Pennsylvania. Its mission is to pursue projects that enhance the built and natural environment locally, nationally, globally by extending public interest design practice, research, and scholarship outside of the classroom. As a 501(c)3 educational non-profit, PennPraxis provides opportunities for faculty to engage with public, private and non-profit organizations in applied projects.

Tracey Nichols, Director of Financial Services, PMC

In her role as Director of Financial Services at PMC, Tracey Nichols works with the local and national non-profits, developers, financial institutions, and many other local housing stakeholders. She also brings her expertise as former Director and Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.

Kaela Geschke, Community Network Builder
​Neighborhood Connections

Kaela is a Community Network Builder at Neighborhood Connections. Neighborhood Connections is an innovative, nationally recognized community-building program that was established in Cleveland in 2003. It supports ​Neighbor Up, a diverse network of 3,000 residents committed to promoting economic and racial justice in Greater Cleveland. Kaela's focus is engaging with Neighbor Up members in order to promote wealth equity and economic security for marginalized people in Greater University Circle and throughout Greater Cleveland.
